Leadership Team
Cole Hays - Owner/President
With over 20 years of experience in the well servicing industry,
Mr. Hays started in slickline and that is where his professional loyalties have remained. He started his career in an entry-level position. Eventually, his work ethic and easy going attitude resulted in clients calling specifically for Cole to do the job. Cole's hard work partnered with his commitment to quality is reflected in the rest of the team. He understands his employees, the equipment, organizational standards and the clients from first-hand experience.
Mark Hammer - Owner/Operator
Mr. Hammer has over 20 years of experience in the production enhancement world. He started his career in slickline and moved into production optimization for some years. Mark's expertise and attention to detail are a major factor in our ability to seamlessly forge ahead and expand Synergy into who we are today. Mark will not do a job if it is not done right, it is that simple. This is the standard that he sets daily.
Dustin Hurd - Owner/ Optimization Operations Manager
Mr. Hurd brings over 20 years of experience to the table. He started his career in the swabbing and slickline world and quickly moved into optimization where he remained until Synergy was brought to life in 2010. Dustin's personality, technical knowledge and hands-on ability sets the bar for the rest of our team. Dustin is a role-model for our crews, he works hard and always knows how to lighten up the room.
